We are delighted to be in Raleigh this week for IBMA’s “World of Bluegrass”! In addition to meetings and panels, we’ll be doing some showcases and some StreetFest performances. Our schedule is below – we hope to pass you in a crowded hallway!
We hope this finds you well and easing back into the fall routine! If you need a little break from it all, please consider joining us at one of our NC gigs this September!
We’re delighted to be showcasing in Folk Music Canada’s “Canada in Nashville” event at AmericanaFest on Friday, September 15!
It’s that bitter sweet end of summer time, and we hope you are enjoying every last bit! We’ve had a good one and are looking forward to even more touring and fun before falls peeks its way out of the trees! The end of August takes AVB to Arkansas, New Jersey & Pennsylvania! We’ve included links & details in this post for you at a glance!
We try to keep the top post on this page fresh with what’s up next, but to be honest, we’re bouncing around so much and so quickly this summer that it’s getting tough! The next few weeks see us visit Virgina, Nebraska, North Carolina, Delaware, Alberta, British Columbia for a mix of festivals, special events, regular concerts, summer concert series, string camps…
We are extremely excited to be headed back to Canada to help celebrate our nation’s 150th birthday. So many wonderful celebrations and events have been planned and will take place (all year long!) and we can’t wait to come together with you in honour of this very special occasion for events in BC, ON & AB through July & August!

Anti-Heroin Chic is a collective journal of poetry, photography, art work, stories, essays, interviews and more. In their words, they “strive for inclusion and a diversity of voices, not to disparage others but to lift them up.” Now THAT is a beautiful thing. We thank them for the feature & interview that went live today!
April chats with Amy Maricle for her “You Are An Artist” podcast. They discuss “Playing with Heart: The Beauty of Imperfection.”
We’re not Irish, but we dance a mean jig! Join us this weekend at one of our stops in Stokesdale, NC, Charlottesville, VA or Dunkirk, MD. Slainte!
