Haven't heard you live since I left the Ottawa Valley six years ago, for the West Coast. Very excited to see your performance at the Tidemark Theatre in Campbell River. Vancouver Island is the second greatest place on earth, after home - the Ottawa Valley.
I enjoyed the show in Fair Lawn on Saturday. You are a very talented trio.
Hey April, Ross, and Cody,
I'm glad you guys were able to come back to Northern Colorado. It was good to see you again, and I'm enjoying listening to your CD's.
Fiddle on!

Thank you so much for visiting Iowa City! I loved your concert--so much positive energy we couldn't help but leave in good spirits--stark difference from the way we came at work week's end--(reason i could not attend the workshop at West is work and shortage of help or would have been there too)--with all the economic and environmental woes, concerts and energy like yours is really needed. I hope you return to Iowa City in your next midwest tour.
Hey great concert last night @ the Radisson, April! Really enjoyed your music & dancing!
Hey April!
Thanks for an awesome time at FiddlePal Camp! You and the other instructers were amazing at the concert! I loved the Bumblebee in a Jug with the stepdancing. The second to last tune you guys did was also super cool! Thanks again for teaching us at camp! Hope you can come back and teach again next year!!! Also, your new recording is AMAZING!!!!

you probably think you've heard it all by now, so, not to drag it out to further boredom, i will tell you what your visit to wellsville, ny on the 19th of may was like for me: a ufo space landing. no doubt clay and cody are very talented musicians, your performance goes beyond human talent - some goddess must have chosen to reveal her art through you. "think big and live hard" for you have the gift!
Hi April-Decided to archive some of the stuff I've been writing over the last 50+ years-(before my 80th this Sept.!)So-would like to send you a copy. What's your address?Sorry we missed your BC shows-family stuff and we were away-darn!Chris McGregor is on fiddle and Jason Homey-the banjo prodigy does the rest-except for me on guitar, dobro and accordion.I'm in two other groups and will be at Seattle Folklife end of May with the Ukrainian Prairie Band 4th time!Love Don and Joyce.
April - thank you and your compatriots for a wonderful show at the Lied Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. I stopped Bill Stephan, the Executive Director of the Lied, and thanked him for bringing you here.
I couldn't imagine one person could be as talented as you are. I started out in awe of your fiddle playing, was stunned at your flawless step dancing, and then was amazed to hear your wonderful, clear voice.
Noel Paul Stucki of Peter, Paul and Mary described Mary Travers' voice as soaring and clear, like the ringing of a church bell in a valley. That also applies to you.
Here's hoping you'll return to Lincoln or Omaha in the next couple years!

Thanks for a great show in Spearfish, S-D last night. You got some great buzz in the coffee-hour circuit. Keep it up and have fun.
Hello April! Your band was wonderful, (loved the guitar player and the Brazilian stuff!) but YOU my dear were amazing! I was expecting to enjoy the concert at my favourite venue in Victoria (I'm sorry there wasn't a bigger crowd) but you totally exceeded my wildest expectations! I was exhausted just watching you at times and I loved the old-fashionedness and feeling of being in a radio audience back in the day; especially when the three of you sang together...it was fantastic and you all just got better and better as the concert progressed...PLEASE come back soon and THANK YOU!
Hello. I caught your Bowfire performance in Austin on March 6th. Aside from you and all of the other performers being excellent fiddlers/musicians, I thought that your instrument had the most expansive and focused tone compared to the others in the show. I was wondering who the luthier was that made the violin you used in the show, if it is old/new, and if it is your primary violin? Other than that, keep up the great work!
OMG...Wow!
April, I am writing during intermission of your Austin bowfire program.
I thought you were just another 'regular' fiddle player when you started on stage. Then you did your solo act, boy was I wrong!... By far one of the best experiences of my life. I Love it!!! We love you here in Austin !!!!

Hello April!
I am listening to "Steal the blue" while doing the dishes, and it's a lovely album.
I can't wait to hear the new one! I hope it will be in the same style.
I'm checking your website every day of the week, to see if you will be heading to Europe this year, but no luck yet....

Hi April,
I'm a photographer living in Smithers, and I'm wondering if you would be in need of any professional photography during your time here in Smithers this coming week. If so, I can be contacted through my website.
Thanks,
Curtis

April,
I took your fiddle workshop at Dusty Strings last year and really enjoyed it. I would love to see you in concert one Feb. 26th on Bainbridge Island, WA but can't seem to find the venue info. for "Parker House Concerts." Is there a website or phone #?
Thanks,
Seth
