The idea for this recording began shortly after self-isolation began during the pandemic of 2020.  While I don’t have children, I have children in my life who are very important to me, and I wanted to do something that might help to fill their long days at home.  Every part of it (recording & artwork) is homemade, and 7 of the 10 songs are original.  Putting it all together was heart work, and to be honest, a learning curve and challenge for me.  I quickly learned, however, that these songs were as relevant and fun for me as they will be to “little ones.”  My hope is that it will bring healing and joy to your family as you listen, sing & dance together.  My wish is that it will remind you of the magic that is found in creating and expressing yourself, especially when you don’t get caught up in perfection!
